Westgate Mall is looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate. 15-20 hours per week.

Job Description

The Customer Service Booth deals with lost children and older adults who need extra special care. Responsible for logging lost and found. Ensure that service center accounts balance (gift certificates, sales) at the end of the shift and/or day. Clean strollers and wheelchairs upon return from rental, etc.

Flexible availability and great people skills are a must. The mall is open from 10am to 9pm from Monday thru Saturday and from 12 noon to 6pm on Sundays. Extended mall hours for tax-free weekend and holiday will vary. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are mandatory.

Type: Part Time

As Sales Team Lead, you will partner with all Store Sales Management to direct and lead the store team in driving sales and meeting and exceeding customer service to exceed individual and store sales metrics.
